This has precisely been my experience when dealing with Crystal Aire. A few months ago, I learned more than ever about the depth of work performed by this company. I had a pipe explode in a hall closet that had been leaking for some time. I called Keith and asked him to help me "suck up" the water. Keith came immediately and found some problems of which I was totally unaware. I had mold from the dripping pipe. Not just a tiny speck of mold, but lots of mold that could have created some serious health problems. He found it and took care of it. It wasn't a simple project! Not only was he able to take care of the mold problem forever, he was able to get rid of the heart of the problem which was a poorly installed shower. He was able to remove the faulty shower, remove the contamination, and restore the bathroom far beyond my expectations. Our "new" bathroom is beautiful! Crystal Aire is the company I will always call when I need help with any of the services they provide. If my carpets need cleaning, I call Crystal Aire. I recently had water damage to my house and happened upon Crystal Aire. I had a quick
response from Keith when I called. He came to evaluate the damage the very next day. He had just been to a seminar in my area to further develop his expertice. He was compassionate but honest about when he could get to the problem.
His staff was professional, informative and on time. They did an outstanding job in our crawl
space restoring it to pre-flood status. They cleaned our duct work and cleaned the carpets from water damage. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again if I ever need help in those areas.
